What is different from the Piratech Kraken:

Blade finish from Hand Satin to Hand Satin DLC Finishes， the DLC layer only has 0.5-1.5 microns (0.00002-0.00006 inches) thickness so it shows all the finishes on the blade before the coating; hardness is around 2000HV(19.61GPa, harder than average ceramic), which is scratch-resistant and has more personality.

2. Lock bar from Satin to DLC Finishes for much smoother and longer life operation.

3. Thumbstud & Standoff from Satin to DLC Finishes to match the personality of the whole knife.

• 180-grit quartz black bead blast finish on titanium handle scales, filler, and milled clip for a delicate touch.
• Heat-treated steel liner and all heat-treated 1.4116 steel fine-milled T8 hardware for tough and long-lasting use. (Including pivot screws and stud).
• 3.22" sheep foot blade which is the perfect size for a lot of people to choke up and put the index finger on the blade spine choil to do detail work. 
• 0.11"/2.8mm blade thickness provides you enough thickness for some heavy use confidence but is not too thick for daily slicing tasks.
